1. DEFINITIONS
   "Software" refers to binary files, source code, artwork, 3D models, content hosted on darealdanube.int.eu.org, and documentation. "Licensor" refers to DaRealDanube.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
   The Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license 
   to use this Software for personal use only. Any use 
   beyond this scope requires written permission from the Licensor.

3. RESTRICTIONS
   You are strictly prohibited from:
   - Modifying, merging, or distributing the Software.
   - Decompiling or reverse-engineering the binary files.
   - Removing any copyright notices or branding from the Software.
   - Using the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold.
   All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain the sole property of the Licensor.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS 
   OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES 
   ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION
   This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms. 
   Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your 
   possession.

7. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement shall be governed by the federal laws of Mexico and applicable laws of Mexico City.
